The Quality Evaluation of the Quality of the Health Work of Lanzhou Maternal and Child Health Work from 2019 to 2023

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To evaluate the quality of health work in Lanzhou women and children from three different methods,to understand the quality of health care of women and children in Lanzhou.METHODS The relevant data on maternal and child health care,child health care and women's health care in Lanzhou from 2019 to 2023 were extracted from the Gansu Health and Family Planning Statistical Information Network Direct Reporting System.Experts were invited to deliberate and screen the evaluation indicators.The TOPSIS method,rank sum ratio method and closeness value method were used to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the quality of maternal and child health care work in Lanzhou from 2019 to 2023.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 software.RESULTS From 2019 to 2023,the systematic management rate of pregnant and pregnant women,cesarean section rate,neonatal visit rate,systematic management rate of children under 7 years old,and postpartum visit rate gradually increased,and the prevalence rate of moderate and severe anemia in children under 5 years old gradually decreased.TOPSIS method,rank sum ratio method and closeness value method to evaluate the quality of maternal and child health care work in Lanzhou from 2019 to 2023 showed that 2023 was the best year.CONCLUSION From 2019 to 2023,the quality of maternal and child health care in Lanzhou has steadily improved,and the child health care work has been strengthened year by year,but the premarital health care work needs to be further optimized.
