Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of continuous glucose monitoring system combined with refined blood glucose management in community on blood glucose control of diabetes patients.METHODS From March 2023 to March 2024,120 patients with diabetes who were under daily standardized management in the community health service center of Changjiang Road,West Coast New Area,Qingdao were selected to wear continuous glucose monitoring system to monitor the blood glucose changes in 14 days, and 1~3 face-to-face follow-up interventions were conducted within 14 days to analyze the impact of the intervention on the level of blood glucose control.RESULTS 100 patients completed 14 days of continuous blood glucose monitoring, with an average of 1.49 face-to-face follow-up interventions per patient. The average time within the target blood glucose range was 82.56%,with a median time of 89.30%.After intervention, the glycated hemoglobin(6.38%)and fasting blood glucose levels(7.06 mmol/L)were lower than before intervention(7.42%,7.10 mmol/L),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Continuous glucose monitoring system combined with refined blood glucose management is helpful for blood glucose control of diabetes patients.
