Analysis of Non-Immunization Program Vaccination in Jiading District of Shanghai

Abstract：OBJECTIVE To analyze the vaccination status of non-immunization programme vaccines in Jiading District from 2018 to 2023,and provide evidence for improving the vaccinatione rate of non-immunization programme vaccines and preventing of vaccine-preventable diseases.METHODS The vaccination data of non-immunization programme vaccines in 16 vaccination clinics in Jiading District from 2018 to 2023 were collected through the Shanghai Vaccination Rate Monitoring Database.Applying descriptive epidemiology method to analyze the vaccination status of non-immunization programme vaccines in Jiading District in different years and children in different regions.RESULTS From 2018 to 2023,22 kinds of non-immunization programme vaccines were recorded in the Shanghai Vaccination Rate Monitoring Database,with a cumulative number of 2 679 550 doses and an average number of 2 605/104 doses per year in Jiading District.The lowest number of vaccine doses was 410 337 in 2018.The highest number of vaccine doses was 502 818 in 2020.The most frequently were Rabies Vaccine,Influenza Vaccine,Enterovirus Type 71 Vaccine,Oral Rotavirus Attenuated Live Vaccine,Diphtheria,Tetanus,Acellular Pertussis and Haemophilus Influenzae Type b Combined Vaccine,human papillomavirus Vaccine and 13-Valent Pneumococcal Polysaccharide Conjugate Vaccine,with a total of 1 925 920 doses,accounting for 71.87％of the total doses.The community vaccination clinic with the highest average annual vaccination dose population was Jiading Town,and the lowest was Huating from 2018 to 2023.CONCLUSION From 2018 to 2023,the total number of non-immunization program vaccines in Jiading District increased.Relevant departments should improve the intensity of vaccination management and service,increase the convenience of vaccination,and strengthen the publicity to promote the increase of the amount of non-immunization programmed vaccine.
