Analysis of the Effect Factors and the Current Situation of Hypertension Among Residents in A Certain Township Community Health Service Certer of Tongzhou District in Beijing

Abstract：OBJECTIVE To explore the prevalence and influencing factors of hypertension in a township in Tongzhou District of Beijing,and to provide data support for reducing the incidence of hypertension in township residents and carrying out hypertension prevention and control work.METHODS Descriptive statistics and binary logistic regression were used to analyze the prevalence and influencing factors of hypertension in township residents.RESULTS The prevalence of hypertension in rural residents was 10.95％,9.30％in male residents and 12.52％in female residents.The proportion of patients with secondary and tertiary hypertension was 57.90％,30.41％and 12.56％,respectively.After the age of 55,the prevalence of hypertension increased significantly,and the trend was higher in women than in men.Logistic regression analysis showed that BMI,waist-to-hip ratio,gender and age were risk factors for hypertension in township residents.CONCLUSION It is necessary to continuously improve the management system of residents' health records,expand the monitoring scope and dimension of health records,and increase the publicity of health education while implementing refined management of indicators,so as to further improve the overall health literacy of township residents.
