Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the equity of health human resource allocation in community health service institutions in Beijing and provide suggestions for government departments to optimize primary healthcare human resources.METHODS Using The Beijing Regional Statistical Yearbook(2017-2022)as the data source,it employed the Gini coefficient,Theil index, and Concentra-tion Index to analyze the distribution of health human resources in Beijing's community health service institutions from 2017 to 2022 across population, geographic, and economic dimensions.RESULTS From 2017 to 2022,the total amount of various types of health human resources in Beijing's community health service institutions showed an upward trend. The overall allocation of health human resources was relatively equitable, but there were imbalances between regions. The equity of health human resource alloca-tion improved year by year, with fairness in allocation per capita being better than that per unit area.CONCLUSION The government should play its role in rationally allocating health resources, fully leverage the function of medical consortia, utilize the"Internet+"information platform, further narrow the gap in primary healthcare human resource allocation between different regions, and enhance the accessibility of primary healthcare services.
