Research Situation Analysis of Chinese General Practitioners:Research on Literature Visualization of Core Journals Based on CNKI and CiteSpace

Abstract：OBJECTIVE To explore the development trend of the research field of general practitioners in China in the past 30 years based on Chinese core periodical literature,and to provide direction and basis for the continuous promotion of research in the field of general medicine and general practitioners.METHODS CNKI platform and CiteSpace software were used to conduct quantitative analysis and visualization research on the number of publications,journal distribution,authors and keywords.RESULTS The research of high quality general practitioners in China showed a general trend of slow start,rapid growth and gradual decline from 1994 to 2023.The number of papers published in the core journals of general practitioner research sources was unevenly distributed,which failed to form the core journal group in the field.The internal cooperation of the research team wsa relatively close,the independent authors were relatively few,and the external cooperation between the research teams was relatively limited.The high frequency keywords of general practitioner research include family doctor contract service,community health service,influence factor analysis.Research hotspots could be summarized into three basic themes:general practitioner service model research,general practitioner training system research and general practitioner clinical practice research.CONCLUSION In the next ten years,there is still a large research space and research value in general practitioner research,and the research results will usher in an upward trend.It is necessary to break through the research dilemma and development bottleneck,and take advantage of the construction of"new medicine"to achieve diversified development and high-quality innovation in general practitioner research.
