Analysis of Influencing Factors of Occupational Stress and Perception Level of Radiology Medical Staff in Lanzhou

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the incidence and distribution characteristics of occupational stress and the influencing factors of occupational stress perception level among radiology medical staff in Lanzhou Hospital,so as to provide a reference for re-ducing the incidence of occupational stress among radiology medical staff.METHODS 9 hospitals in Lanzhou were randomly selected as the research units,and 172 radiology medical personnel were randomly selected from the research units,and a questionnaire sur-vey was carried out.The pay-reward imbalance index was calculated,and the differences in the incidence of occupational stress among different demographic characteristics,occupational characteristics,and health levels were compared.RESULTS The detection rate of occupational stress was 62.21%,and the level of occupational stress in the married group was higher and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the levels of occupational stress were higher in the patients with endocrine system diseases,urinary system diseases,immune system diseases,respiratory system diseases,digestive system diseases,circulatory system diseases,nervous system diseases,and locomotor system diseases,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of the health self-rating scale and the self-measured social health were significantly correlated with the perceived level of occupa-tional stress(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The occupational incidence rate of medical staff in the Department of Radiology in Lanzhou is 62.21%,and the health status can affect the perception level of occupational stress.
