Statistical Analysis of the Declaration Situation of Occupational Disease Hazards in Qidong from 2019 to 2023

Abstract：OBJECTIVE To understand the declaration and prevention of occupational disease hazards in enterprises in Qidong,and to provide a basis for the prevention and control of occupational diseases.METHODS Statistical analysis was conducted on the occupational disease hazards(scale,industry,economic type,hazard factors)of 1 266 enterprises in Qidong from 2019 to 2023.RESULTS In the manufacturing industry(72.82%),limited liability company(42.34%),small and micro enterprises(both accounting for 89.26%together).The differences between different towns,industries,enterprise size,economic type,worker injury rate and cumulative number of suspected occupational diseases were statistically significant(χ2woker injury rate:333 091,151 405,90 843,181 686,χ2cumulative number of suspected occupational diseases:678,339,339,565,P＜0.05).The highest were offshore towns(23.48%),small enterprises(40.77%),manufacturing(76.76%),limited liability companies(37.27%).A total of 59 cases(52.21%)in Yinyang Town and Huilong Town,65 cases in small enterprises(57.52%),101 cases in manufacturing industry(89.38%),and 57 cases(50.44%)were reported with more suspected occupational diseases.Physical factors and dust were more harmful,with 20 176(66.63%)and 13 616(44.97%),respectively.CONCLUSION The risk of suspected occupational disease hazard is high,Huilong town and offshore town are the key areas,the supervision of manufacturing,small and micro,limited liability companies and other types of enterprises should be strengthened,and physical factors and dust should be taken as the key prevention and control factors,and effectively protect the health rights and interests of workers in the region.
