Pregnancy Risk Management and Distribution of Pregnant Women from 2018 to 2022 in Guiyang

Abstract：OBJECTIVE To understand the pregnancy risk management situation in Guiyang and the changing trend of risk factors for pregnant women with red risk identification,and provide a basis for pregnancy risk screening and management of pregnant women.METHODS Collect statistical reports on pregnancy risk management of permanent pregnant women and individual information forms for pregnant women with red risk labels from 2018 to 2022 in Guiyang,and analyze the changes in pregnant women with"five-color"labels and the changing trend of risk factors for pregnant women with red risk labels over the past five years.RESULTS The incidence of green labeling pregnant women showed a downward trend year by year(χ2=3 176.175,P＜0.01).The incidence of other colored labeling pregnant women(yellow,orange,red and purple)showed an increasing trend year by year(χ2=454.507,2 483.929,191.817,68.832,P＜0.01).Among the high-risk factors of red labeling pregnant women,the top five diseases were dangerous placenta previa,serious cardiovascular system diseases,placental abruption,hematological system diseases and severe postpartum hemorrhage,which showed an increasing trend year by year.CONCLUSION The management situation of high-risk pregnant women in Guiyang is severe.It should do a good job in risk screening from the source,increase publicity efforts,find high-risk factors,take corresponding intervention measures,strengthen multidisciplinary cooperation,reduce pregnancy risks and ensure the safety of mothers and infants.
