Exploring the Application Potential of the Triangle Model in General Practice for Chronic Disease Management in China

Abstract：OBJECTIVE To explore the application potential of Triangle classification management model in general practice in China,in order to provide new ideas and methods for improving the management effect of chronic diseases.METHODS Literature retrieval strategy was used to systematically search literatures on chronic disease management and Triangle classification management model at home and abroad.Through screening and analysis,the status quo of chronic disease management at home and abroad and related researches on Triangle classification management model were summarized,and its application potential was discussed based on the development status of domestic general practice.RESULTS The preliminary study showed that the introduction of multi-level medical service system and multi-dimensional health management method could effectively improve the level of chronic disease management in China.The Triangle hierarchical management model emphasizes the central role of general practitioners in chronic disease management,which was highly compatible with the development goals of general practice in China.Triangle hierarchical management model had great potential in chronic disease management.Its multi-level and multi-dimensional characteristics adapted to the needs of chronic disease management in China.CONCLUSION By optimizing the allocation of medical resources and improving the professional ability and comprehensive management level of general practitioners,Triangle hierarchical management model is expected to play an important role in China's general medicine and further improve the management effect of chronic diseases.Future studies should further verify the effect of its specific application in China,explore its applicability in different chronic diseases,and provide scientific basis for policy formulation and clinical practice.
