Research on the Equity of Tumor Bed Resource Allocation in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

Abstract：OBJECTIVE To evaluate the fairness of the allocation of cancer beds in Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2011,from 2019 to 2022,and to provide a reference for promoting the rational allocation of cancer beds in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.METHODS The data of tumor beds in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were collected,and the fairness of tumor bed allocation was analyzed by Gini coefficient and aggregation degree.RESULTS From 2011 to 2022,the number of tumor beds in Mongolia Autonomous Region showed an overall growth trend,and Chifeng,Hohhot and Baotou were the top three in terms of growth.The Gini coefficient based on the population dimension was less than 0.4,and the resource allocation was relatively reasonable,and the Gini coefficient based on the area dimension was greater than the warning value of 0.6,which was in a very unfair state.CONCLUSION It should continue to reduce the difference in the allocation of tumor bed resources among league cities,improve the geographical equity of oncology bed allocation in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,increase bed resources,balance the distribution of resources,and improve access to medical treatment
