Analysis of Implementation Effect of Tuberculosis Control Program in Shangrao from 2016 to 2020

Abstract：OBJECTIVE The purpose of this study is to conduct an overall evaluation of tuberculosis prevention and control work in Shangrao during the"13th Five Year Plan"period by evaluating the core indicators of tuberculosis prevention and control plan in Shangrao,Jiangxi Province,and to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of tuberculosis prevention and control work in Shangrao in detail,so as to provide data support and scientific basis for tuberculosis prevention and control in Shangrao in the future.METHODS According to the final evaluation survey plan of the"13th Five Year Plan"National Tuberculosis Prevention and Control Plan,the data of tuberculosis information management system during the study period were sorted out,and the core indica-tors of Shangrao were analyzed.RESULTS The registration rate of pulmonary tuberculosis in Shangrao in 2020 was 50.75/105(3 468/6 833 044).The successful treatment rate of pulmonary tuberculosis patients was 93.88%(3 159/3 365).The standardized manage-ment rate was 86.86%(2 923/3 365).The positive rate of pathogen detection was 64.33%(2 130/3 311).The overall incidence rate of pulmonary tuberculosis and suspected pulmonary tuberculosis patients was 97.71%(4 355/4 457).The screening rate for drug re-sistance in high-risk populations is 96.72%(118/122).The drug resistance screening rate of new pathogen positive patients was 81.77%(1 036/1 267).The inclusion rate of rifampicin resistant patients in treatment was 85.00%(17/20).The detection rate of tu-berculosis in HIV/AIDS patients was 89.76%(3 008/3 351).CONCLUSION Shangrao has basically achieved the set goals in the im-plementation of The"13th Five Year Plan"Tuberculosis Prevention and Control Program,especially in the prevention and control of drug-resistant tuberculosis and laboratory construction.However,Shangrao still faces challenges in tuberculosis funding security,patient treatment management,HIV tuberculosis screening and other aspects.
