Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the incidence rate and changing trends of adult stroke in Weifang from 2014 to 2023,providing scientific evidence for the formulation of targeted prevention strategies.METHODS The monitoring data of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were analyzed to count the differences in incidence by age and gender, and the Joinpoint model was applied to analyze the time trends.RESULTS The incidence rate of stroke from 2014 to 2023 was 632.53 per 105,and the standardized rate in 2010 was 453.79 per 105.The incidence rate was higher among males than females, and the incidence began to rise rapidly from the 45-year-old group, with the elderly over 65 accounting for 64.90%.Cerebral infarction accounted for 81.75%.From 2014 to 2023,the crude incidence rate of stroke increased at an average annual rate of 4.21%(APC=4.21%,t=4.29,P<0.01),while the change trend of the standardized incidence rate was not significant.Among them, the crude incidence rate of cerebral infarction showed an upward trend(APC=5.60%,t=5.20,P<0.01),especially in the age group under 45.The incidence rate of cerebral hemorrhage decreased at an average annual rate of 8.39%(t=-4.08,P<0.01),and the incidence rate in the age group over 45 showed a downward trend. The incidence rate of subarachnoid hemorrhage generally fluctuated upward but was not statistically significant(APC=2.87%,t=1.91,P<0.01).CONCLUSION Cerebral infarction is the main type of stroke in Weifang, and males and the elderly are the main high-risk groups for stroke. The upward trend of cerebral infarction is significant in the age group under 45,while the incidence rate of cerebral hemorrhage in the age group over 45 shows a downward trend.
