Practice and Exploration of Subspecialty Construction in Primary Community Health Service Institutions:A Case Study of the Malu Town Community Health Service Center

Abstract:The National Health Commission actively promotes and supports the establishment of specialized departments in community hospitals.In order to further enhance the range of medical services and better meet the fundamental healthcare needs of residents within its jurisdiction,Maluzhen Community Health Service Center initiated subspecialty development in 2021,establishing 14 subspecialty groups with clearly defined responsibilities.These subspecialty groups aim to achieve 30 goals encompassing clinical practice,scientific research,teaching,talent cultivation,quality improvement,and public education.Through three years of dedicated efforts,notable advancements have been made in managing special diseases,enhancing scientific research and teaching capabilities,fostering talent development outcomes,deepening medical quality standards,and benefiting community residents through popular science education.
