Abstract：Since 2021,Deqing County has been included in the comprehensive pilot Zone for primary health in Zhejiang Province,adhering to the people's health as the center,focusing on the goals of"strong county level,township level,village level stability,link up and down,and information communication",taking the construction of a healthy community as the starting point,coordinating resources,consolidating support,deepening reform,and striving to build a"whole-territory,whole-people,whole-process"health service system,to better provide comprehensive full-cycle health services for the masses,and effectively enhance the sense of gain and satisfaction of residents in the district.
