Abstract：It describes the main methods of promoting the integrated management of township and village health institutions in Tongzhou District of Nantong,and has achieved significant results in improving service conditions,optimizing the team structure,improving the service ability,standardizing the practice behavior,improving operation efficiency and improving the social security.At the same time,after the reform,there are still problems such as weak supervision,weak business ability,weak team complement and low salary,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
