Abstract：Community visual health management model for children with poor vision is a new management model that combines basic medical treatment and basic public health,which is suitable for community health service centers.Hongqiao Community Health Service Center of Shanghai Changning District has explored and practiced the visual screening,diagnosis and treatment,and rehabilitation training of community children in combination with its own reality,established a new type of community children's vi-sual health management model with up-down linkage,medical and prevention integration,prevention,treatment,and health integra-tion,and gradually combined it with the contracted services of family doctors.Based on the analysis of the practical experience and initial results of Hongqiao Community Health Service Center in Changning District of Shanghai,it puts forward the thinking of fur-ther improving the management mode of community children's visual health,and provides a feasible basis for the development of children's visual health management in primary medical institutions.
