The Effect of Smart Health House in Patients with Diabetes under the Linkage Mode of Medical Associations

Abstract：OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of smart health house in patients with diabetes under the linkage mode of medical associations.METHODS From 2021 to 2023,160 cases of diabetes were divided into control group(n=80)and experimental group(n=80).The patients of control group were treated with family doctor follow-up.The patients of experimental group were treat-ed with smart health house under the linkage mode of medical associations.After 1 year,the clinical efficacy of two groups were ana-lyzed.RESULTS After treatment,the level of HbAlc and FPG of experimental group were significantly decreased(t=3.773,2.127,P＜0.05).The control rates of blood glucose and blood pressure,awareness rate and management compliance of experimental group were higher than in the control group(χ2=5.730,4.649,12.692,17.349,P＜0.05).The quality of life index scores had improved sig-nificantly of experimental group(t=4.320,5.541,7.649,3.510,P＜0.05).CONCLUSION The smart health house in patients with di-abetes under the linkage mode of medical associations can reduce the blood sugar,enhance awareness of knowledge and manage-ment compliance,improve the life quality,and enhance control rates of blood glucose and blood pressure.
