The Theory of Patient Delay for Cancer Patients and Its Application Status in China

Abstract：There is no unified standard for the definition of patient delay and the definition of delay time in existing research on cancer patients in China.There is a lack of theoretical framework for research,making it difficult to compare horizontally and vertically and integrate research results.The article briefly introduced the existing and mature theories related to patient delay abroad and analyzed their current application status in China.In order to increase domestic scholars'understanding of the theory and provide reference for the application of the theory in China.Thus,scholars could use the theory to build a theoretical framework for their research.
