Abstract:Adhering to the integration of medical treatment and prevention,and providing residents with services that integrate prevention,treatment,rehabilitation,,and health promotion is one of the basic principles for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in China.It takes chronic disease health management as the starting point,adheres to the"eight unifications"of medical and prevention integration,focuses on"establishing systems,building teams,attracting resources,shaping processes,gathering knowledge,improving capabilities,popularizing science,and connecting data",comprehensively improves the quality of primary medical and health services,improves the efficiency,awareness,and satisfaction of residents in seeking medical treatment,helps patients effectively control medical insurance costs,and truly plays the role of"gatekeepers".The exploration of medical and pre-ventive integration has achieved initial results.However,there are still problems such as incomplete construction of assessment indi-cator system,lack of effective performance incentive mechanism,and lagging information construction.Therefore,suggestions for"six energy driven"have been put forward to promote the improvement of quality and efficiency in the integration of medical and preventive work in this center,and provide theoretical and practical basis for the construction of a healthy Putuo.
