Analysis of Health Management Effect and Intervention Mode of 4 Preschools of Children in a Community of Beijing from 2018 to 2023

Abstract：OBJECTIVE To analyze the health status and changing trend of preschool children in Panjiayuan District of Chaoyang District from 2018 to 2023,and to identify future priorities for collective child health,and to point out the direction for improving the quality of health care for preschool children in this area.METHODS The annual report of collective children's health care in Panjiayuan District from 2018 to 2023 was collected,and the health status,the incidence of infectious diseases,the occurrence of injuries and accidents of preschool children in 4 kindergartens of the district were reviewed and analyzed.RESULTS The prevalence of nutritional diseases among preschool children in Panjiayuan area was at a relatively stable level from 2018 to 2023.There were significant differences in the prevalence of low body weight and wasting among different years(χ2=11.280,18.258,P＜0.05).The prevalence of dental caries in children had increased while the rate of dental caries correction had decreased,and there were significant differences in the incidence of dental caries and treatment among different years(χ2=83.882,91.222,P＜0.05).There were significant differences in the prevalence and treatment of low vision among different years(χ2=13.703,3.382,P＜0.05).The total incidence of infectious diseases increased in 2023,and the total incidence of infectious diseases was statistically significant among different years.The total incidence of infectious diseases increased in 2023,and there were significant differences in the total incidence of infectious diseases among different years,and there were significant differences in the incidence of influenza,other infectious diarrhea and varicella(χ2=66.853,116.136,28.916,25.297,P＜0.05).CONCLUSION The preschool children in Panjiayuan area are in good health,and the collective health care work for children has achieved good results.The prevention and intervention of overweight and obesity,dental caries and low vision are the focus of the next stage of collective child health care work.
