Research Status and Development Trends of Health Resource Allocation in China:A Visual Analysis Based on CiteSpace

Abstract：OBJECTIVE To systematically analyse the research hotspots and trends in the field of health resources allocation in China from 2002 to 2022,so as to provide research direction and reference for promoting the balanced development of health re-source allocation.METHODS Literature on health resource allocation was retrieved from CNKI from January 1st,2002 to December 31st,2022,and core authors,research institution networks,keyword co-occurrence,clustering and emergent words were ana-lyzed by CiteSpace V6.2R2 software,and visualization displayed.RESULTS A total of 1152 articles were included in the CNKI search.From 2002 to 2022,the annual publication volume of health resource allocation in China was on the rise.Universities and research institutes were the main research bodies,and cross-regional cooperation among core research institutions needed to be strengthened.The high-frequency keywords are equity,health resources,Theil index.The time line map shows that the research fo-cus in the field of health resource allocation in China from 2002 to 2022 has gradually evolved from the fairness of resource alloca-tion to the efficiency of resource allocation.CONCLUSION At present,the focus of domestic health resource allocation research has mainly focused on the equity and efficiency of health resource allocation.With the change of time,the domestic research frontier has gradually entered the regionalization and quantitative research of health resource allocation.
