Willingness and Influencing Factors of Nurses to Participate in"Internet+Nursing Service"

Abstract：OBJECTIVE To find out the willingness and influencing factors of nurses to engage in"Internet+Nursing Service".METHODS From March to May 2021,396 nurses who worked in two hospitals of Shanghai were selected by convenient sampling.Conduct a survey using a self-developed questionnaire.RESULTS 67.7%nurses were willing to take part in"Internet+Nursing Ser-vice",while age,job year,professional title were main sociodemographic influencing factors.The service items,institutional norms and implementation of safeguards also effect the willingness of nurses.CONCLUSION Nurses had positive attitude towards en-gaged in"Internet+Nursing Service",but the willingness affected by various factors.The department should enhance the propagan-da of policy,and focus on actual nurses'demands,so as to improve the willingness of nurses to participate in in"Internet+Nurs-ing Service".
