Visualized Analysis of Domestic Hyperuricemia Research Based on CiteSpace

Abstract：OBJECTIVE To analyze the domestic literature related to hyperuricemia,explore and discover the research direction and hot frontier of this research field.METHODS Retrieve relevant literature in the field of hyperuricemia from CNKI from 2012 to 2021,using bibliometric methods and CiteSpace software for visual analysis.RESULTS A total of 1 939 relevant literatures were included in this paper,and the overall number of publications was divided into three stages;author and institutional co-occurrence analyses showed weak associations among study members;hot keywords such as influencing factors and gout,a total of 9 clusters were generated;the detection of emergent words shows that the current research focuses on serum uric acid,febuxosta and so on.CONCLUSION The research content in the field of hyperuricemia has been developed from epidemiological investigation and exploration of influencing factors to the study of pathogenesis,pathology and clinical efficacy combined with other diseases.At the same time,the contact and cooperation between institutions should be strengthened.
