Study on the Influencing Factors of Recurrence of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the influencing factors of recurrence in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.METHODS A total of 95 patients with HICH recurrence and 351 patients without HICH recurrence admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College in Nanchong from March 2017 to September 2023 were selected for questionnaire investigation.Gender,age,marriage,mRS Grade,education level,high-salt diet,high-fat diet,smoking,drinking,mood,living status,place of residence,per capita monthly income,type of medical insurance,health awareness,medication compliance,monitoring blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the two groups of patients were univariate analysis.Then,indicators with statistically significant differences were subjected to Logistic multivariate regression analysis.RESULTS The results showed that high-fat diet,health awareness,medication compliance,monitoring blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were independent influencing factors for cerebral hemorrhage recurrence(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Health education for patients with cerebral hemorrhage should be carried out according to these influencing factors,which is of great significance to reduce the recurrence of cerebral hemorrhage.
