Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the lipid metabolism of pregnant women with Preeclampsia(PE)and its influencing factors,in order to provide guidance for the health management of PE pregnant women.METHODS From January 2021 to January 2023,150 pregnant women with PE treated in Changning District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Shanghai were selected to determine the lipid metabolism level of all pregnant women and analyze the related influencing factors.RESULTS There were significant differences in age,pre-pregnancy body mass index(BMI),diabetes mellitus and blood pressure control between normal lipid metabolism group and abnormal lipid metabolism group(χ2=6.097,4.776,13.776,17.421,P<0.05).There were no significant differences in gestational age, gestational time, delivery time, adverse delivery history, number of fetages and PCOS(P>0.05).Age≥35 years old,pre-pregnancy BMI≥23 kg/m2 and poor blood pressure control were all risk factors affecting the lipid metabolism of preeclampsia pregnant women, while the absence of diabetes was a protective factor.CONCLUSION Age,pre-pregnancy BMI,blood pressure control and diabetes were all factors that affect lipid metabolism of pregnant women with preeclampsia.Symptomatic intervention can be given to the above factors to regulate the level of lipid metabolism of pregnant women with PE.
