Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the physical examination data of residents in Xuyong County of Luzhou from 2017 to 2021,understand the trajectory of dyslipidemia and explore the risk factors for predicting dyslipidemia,so as to provide practical reference for the prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia.METHODS By collecting the health examination data of residents in Xuyong County of Luzhou from 2017 to 2021,a subgroup trajectory model was established to explore the heterogeneity of the change trend of dyslipidemia in the physical examination population, and the characteristics of dyslipidemia in the population within each trajectory group were compared.A generalized estimation equation model was used to explore the risk predicators of different trajectory groups.RESULTS A total of 30549 subjects were included in the study. The prevalence rates of dyslipidemia were 55.04%,60.34%,61.39%,62.71%and 63.94%,respectively.The lipid profiles of residents could be divided into two heterogeneous development trajectories"low risk"and"high risk".Using the low-risk group as the reference group, the generalized estimating equation model fitting showed that the risk characteristics of the"high-risk group"were female(OR=1.953),abnormal blood pressure(OR=1.237),overweight(OR=1.731),obesity(OR=2.078),central obesity(OR=1.419),abnormal blood glucose(OR=1.135),smoking(OR=1.147),occasional drinking(OR=1.037),drinking alcohol every day(OR=1.090),abnormal serum glutamic-pyruvic transferase(OR=1.366),abnormal serum creatinine(OR=1.168).CONCLUSION The dyslipidemia rate is high in Xuyong County of Luzhou. It should pay more attention to the people who are classified as"high risk group",carry out more targeted health education and increase the intensity of urging residents to carry out health behavior,so as to reduce the incidence of dyslipidemia.
