Abstract：As the tasks of basic medical care and public health services in primary medical and health institutions continue to increase,improving the capacity of community health services and strengthening the construction of community health personnel are the focus of current primary health work.Through literature review,the current situation of community health personnel training in China is understood,and the Changning District of Shanghai is taken as an example to explore how to effectively carry out the com-prehensive ability training of community health personnel and promote the high-quality development of community health work.
