Construction of Health Behavior Assessment Tool for Middle Aged and Elderly Hyperuricemia Patients and Reliability and Validity Test in Guiyang

Abstract：OBJECTIVE To construct and test the reliability and validity of the health behavior questionnaire of middle aged and elderly hyperuricemia patients in Guiyang.METHODS Guided by literature analysis,hyperuricemia health behavior questionnaire was prepared.902 hyperuricemia patients in three hospital of three A grade from January 2023 to June 2023,were selected for ques-tionnaire survey to test the reliability and validity.RESULTS The questionnaire of health behavior assessment tool for middle aged and elderly hyperuricemia in Guiyang was formed from 5 dimensions,with 28 items in total.The total Cronbach's αcoefficient of the questionnaire was 0.927,and the Cronbach's αcoefficient of each dimension was 0.675～0.834.The S-CVI of the questionnaire was 0.92,the I-CVI not less than 0.80.After exploratory factor analyses,dimensionalities were exacted with a cumulative contribu-tion of 63.522%.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that χ2/df= 1.481,RMSEA= 0.031,RMR= 0.048,SRMR= 0.042,GFI= 0.922,NFI= 0.938,TLI= 0.985,CFI= 0.991,and the model fit was good.CONCLUSION The questionnaire has good validity and reliabili-ty.It can expain and predict the possibility of taking health behavior,and provide a scientific basis for evaluating the health behav-ior of middle aged and elderly hyperuricemia patients in Guiyang.
