Preliminary Construction of Diabetes Risk Prediction Core Out-come Set Based on CiteSpace Analysis

Abstract：OBJECTIVE To comprehensively explore and analyze the research status,research hotspots and future trends of the literature related to the field of diabetes risk prediction indicators in the CNKI database,and initially construct the core out-come set of diabetes risk prediction.METHODS Searched from CNKI database from January 1,2000 to December 31,2023,and scientifi-cally analyzed the authors and keywords of diabetes risk prediction through specific algorithms of Citespace to generate a visual knowledge map.RESULTS A total of 988 articles were included in the study for statistical analysis.The number of publications in the field of diabetes risk prediction indicators showed an upward trend,and the increase was significant in the past two years.There were a large number of research teams,but the authors did not cooperate with each other among the teams,forming 9 keyword clus-ters.The research hotspots mainly focused on the predictive effects of biochemical tests,glucose and lipid metabolism,and procalci-tonin on diabetes.CONCLUSION The core out-come set of diabetes risk prediction,including fasting blood glucose,blood lipid,body mass index,uric acid and adiponectin was preliminarily constructed.In the future,it is necessary to further adopt the methods of expert meeting,semi-structured interview,Delphi survey and consensus meeting to gradually improve and finally determine the core index set of diabetes risk prediction.
