Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the quality of life of the elderly with different degrees of disability and its influencing factors under the model of medical and nursing integration.METHODS From March 2022 to March 2023,the Community Health Service Center of Laoximen Street,Huangpu District,Shanghai, was selected as the center.180 elderly people with disability at home were randomly selected from 5 communities in different directions by means of isometric sampling method.Among them,84 elderly people(medical care group)received the integration of medical care mode, and 96 people(non-medical care group)did not receive.According to GERIATRIC ABILITY ASSESSMENT(MZ/T 039-2013),the degree of disability of all the elderly was graded. There were 41,28 and 15 mild, moderate and severe elderly in the traditional Chinese nursing group, and 47,31 and 18 mild, moderate and severe elderly in the non-medical nursing group, respectively. At the same time, linear regression model was used to analyze the factors affecting the quality of life of the elderly according to the score of the WHO Abbreviated Quality of Life scale.RESULTS The total score of quality of life of the elderly with mild, moderate and severe disability in the medical care group was higher than that in the non-medical care group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.464,2.503,2.919,P<0.05).The total score of life quality of the elderly with mild, moderate and severe disability was compared between the medical care group and the non-medical care group, and the difference was statistically significant(F=40.307,19.409,P<0.01).The linear regression model showed that the independent risk factors affecting the quality of life of the elderly were non-medical care integration mode,no elevator in the residence, chronic diseases>3,and the number of trips per week≤2 times.CONCLUSION The life quality scores of disabled elderly people with different degrees of disability under the medical and nursing integration mode are different, but all of them are higher than those under the non-medical and nursing integration mode. Moreover, there is no elevator in the residence, more types of chronic diseases and less times of going out per week are independent risk factors affecting the life quality of elderly people.
