Analysis on the Effect of Community Health Management Intervention for Chronic Senile Patients over 65 Years Old

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the changes of blood sugar,blood pressure,blood lipids,body mass index and other factors in elderly chronic disease patients aged 65 and above after the optimization of community comprehensive health management,and analyze the intervention effects of the optimized community comprehensive health management,so as to provide a reference for the comprehensive health management of elderly chronic disease patients aged 65 and above in the community.METHODS From the 4 436 elderly people aged 65 and above who were registered in Yuzhu street community,Huangpu district,Guangzhou,300 people who were included in the comprehensive community health management for two consecutive years in 2019 and 2020 and participated in the annual physical examination in 2022 were randomly selected as the research objects.The health examination data of residents in 2021 and 2022 were retrospectively collected for inter-group and self-controlled analysis.RESULTS After the comprehensive com-munity health management was optimized,the changes of total cholesterol,systolic blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,body mass index and other levels of elderly chronic disease patients aged 65 and above were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the time of each exercise,smoking and drinking(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The optimized integrated community health management has a significant effect on the elderly aged 65 and above to reduce cholesterol level,regular exercise,adopt a healthy lifestyle and so on,and is an effective method and way to improve the health level of the elderly in the community.
