Study on the Application Value of Whole-course Pharmaceutical Care Based on the PCNE Classification System 9.0 in Cerebral Infarction

Abstract：OBJECTIVE To discuss the application value of whole-course pharmaceutical care based on the European Pharma-ceutical Care Network(PCNE)classification system 9.0 in cerebral infarction.METHODS The 400 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from October 2020 to March 2022 were randomly divided into PCNE group(n=200)and traditional group(n=200).The traditional group was given traditional intervention through prescription review system,while the PCNE group was given full pharmaceutical care based on PCNE classification system version 9.0 on the basis of traditional group.Drug-related problems(DRPs),medication adherence(Morisky score),and relapse rate were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The incidence of DRPs and number of causes in PCNE group was higher than that in traditional group(χ2=23.169,32.063,P＜0.01).The medication adherence rate of PCNE group was higher than that of traditional group(χ2=5.659,P＞0.05).The 6-month recurrence rate of PCNE group was lower than that of traditional group(χ2=4.810,P＞0.05).CONCLUSION The whole-process pharmaceutical care based on PCNE classification system version 9.0 can improve DRPs and medication compliance of patients with cerebral infarction,and it is helpful to reduce recurrence.It's worth for further clinical promotion.
