Bibliometric Analysis of Influence Factors of Social Alienation in Stroke Patients

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To systematically summarize social alienation and its influencing factors in stroke patients,provide refer-ence for effective intervention measures and promote patient recovery and return to society.METHODS It searched Chinese-English document database from inception to March,2023.Two evaluators conducted literature screening data extraction and quality evalua-tion respectively and then induced and summarized basic situation and results of included study.RESULTS A total of 14 studies were included,involving 29 influencing factors such as age,educational level,depression,stigma,social support and stroke history.These factors were summarized into four categories:personal factors,psychological factors,social factors and disease factors.CONCLUSION The study shows that the main factors affecting level of social alienation in stroke patients include family monthly income,stigma,social support and stroke history and secondary factors include residence,depression,self-efficacy,psychologi-cal resilience,symptom burden,neurological functional deficits,daily living ability and comorbidities with chronic diseases.Other controversial influencing factors need to be validated through more high-quality research.
