Abstract：OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevalence of chronic diseases in community residents,their demand for new nursing-related services,and their views on"Internet+nursing services"into the community,so as to provide data support for the construction of high-quality community nursing centers in Pudong New Area of Shanghai.METHODS A questionnaire survey was conducted among community residents and patients in the form of"online+offline".RESULTS The prevalence rates of hypertension and diabetes were high.The respondents had a high demand for new nursing related services.The respondents had a high degree of recognition for"Internet+nursing service"into the community.CONCLUSION In the process of construction of high quality of community nursing center,should strengthen the propaganda and education of residents,let residents know about new service project carried out in community health service institutions.At the same time,the related management departments should strengthen the medical and health institutions and the vast majority of nurse training,improve the"Internet+nursing service"new formats and the understanding of the service mode,strengthen the professional safety consciousness,standardize service,constantly provide high quality nursing service for the community residents.
