Abstract：OBJECTIVE Outpatient co-payment protection is a nationwide health insurance reform.The study explores the current situation of outpatient payment policy and personal account management reform in Shandong.METHODS Collecting and summarizing the policy documents of 16 cities in Shandong on the outpatient coordination,systematically combing and studying the contents,and analyzing the commonness and differences.RESULTS All cities in Shandong province fully implement the outpatient co-payment protection,and combined with their own actual development of a detailed implementation plan to ensure the effective implementation of the system.CONCLUSION In the initial stage,it is necessary to continuously improve the outpatient co-payment protection,deepen the reform of medical insurance payment mode,establish and perfect the management method of personal account usage,supervision and management,in order to improve people's sense of access to health care.
