Application Effect Analysis of Home Safety Community Support System Based on Adverse Event Analysis in Health Management of Stroke Patients

Abstract：OBJECTIVE To explore the application effect of the home safe community support system based on adverse event analysis in stroke patients.METHODS Two experimental and two control village committees were randomly selected from 34 village committees in Zhuqiao town,Pudong New Area,and a total of 83 home-based stroke cases meeting the study requirements were screened and divided into the experimental group(n=43)and the control group(n=40)according to the village committees in which they were located.From January to December 2022,a home safe community support system based on adverse event analysis was applied to stroke patients in the experimental group;the control group used conventional community health management.The incidence rate of adverse events in home care,the number of adverse events per capita,stroke patients'quality of life(SS-QOL)scores,caregivers'caring ability(FCTI)scores,and community health management satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients.RESULTS After a year of intervention,the incidence rate of adverse events in home care in the intervention group was 1.67%.The average number of adverse events per capita was(0.91±0.781),the SS-QOL scale score(6.55±3.47),and the FCT scale score(6.55±3.47)and community health management satisfaction scores(6.55±3.47),the control group was 1.67%,(0.91±0.781),(6.55±3.47)points,(6.55±3.47)and(6.55±3.47),respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=13.668,-4.411,3.752,-7.236,5.149,respectively,P＜0.05).CONCLUSION A safe home community support system based on adverse event analysis can help reduce the incidence of adverse events in home care for stroke,improve caregivers'care capabilities,and improve stroke patients'quality of life and satisfaction with community health management.
