Abstract：Community-based rehabilitation service for mental disorders is an in-depth exploration in the field of mental health,an important link for the return of people with mental disorders to the society,and an inevitable requirement for strengthening the construction of Healthy China.Using SWOT analysis as a framework,it explores the internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and challenges of Shanghai's community-based rehabilitation service for mental disorders in a holistic and multi-dimen-sional way by combining qualitative and quantitative methods,and further proposes optimization suggestions in order to promote the high-quality development of Shanghai's community-based rehabilitation service for mental disorders.
