Abstract：Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the CPC Central Committee has prioritized people's health as a strategic position for development,and put forward the guidelines for health and health work in the new era,placing"focusing on the grassroots level"at the top of the list.Since the reform of the healthcare service system in Luohu District,it has given full play to the advantages of close-knit medical union to expand and strengthen the grassroots.By strengthening the construction of the primary healthcare team,optimizing the consultation mode,innovating the subsidy mechanism,and comprehen-sive management of chronic diseases,the Luohu Hospital Group has improved the trust,convenience,affordability,and adherence of the residents,guided the residents to actively participate in the primary healthcare services,and realized the high-quality develop-ment of primary healthcare undertakings.
