Analysis on the Blood Lipid Profile and Influencing Factors of Glycemic Control in Community Diabetic Patients
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the blood lipid profile of diabetic patients in community, and to analyze the related factors affecting blood glucose control in diabetic patients. METHODS According to the residents' physical examination from January 1 2017 to December31 st in 2017, the diabetic patients were divided into 400 diabetes management patients, 116 diabetic non-management patients and432 patients with diabetes and hypertension management. Then it compared the blood sugar, blood pressure, body mass index and blood biochemical index of the three groups. The factors affecting the blood sugar standard rate were analyzed by the unconditional logistic stepwise regression model. RESULTS Patients with standardized diabetes management had differences in blood pressure, body mass index, fasting blood glucose, high-density lipoprotein, triglyceride and uric acid index (P<0.05). Non conditional logistic regression analysis showed that the hypertension (OR=2.313, 95% CI:1.715~3.118), age (OR=0.958, 95% CI:0.940~0.976), triglyceride (OR=1.246, 95% CI:1.074~1.446), high density lipoprotein (OR=0.615, 95% CI:0.395~0.957), uric acid (OR=0.997, 95% CI:0.995~0.998) and systolic blood pressure (OR=1.009, 95% CI:1.001~1.017) were influencing factors of blood glucose in patients the management of diabetes control. CONCLUSION Standardized management of community diabetes could improve blood sugar, blood pressure, blood lipid and other indicators in diabetic patients. In view of the influencing factors of diabetes control in diabetes, it needed to optimize the management standards continuously.
