Analysis on theInfluencing Factors on Residents' Satisfaction of PrimaryHealth Service—Taking Meizhou as the Case Study
Abstract：OBJECTIVE To understand the basic situation of primary health services in Meizhou, and analyze the factors influencing the residents' satisfaction of primary health services. METHODS 596 residents who had medical services in primary medical institutions of Meizhou were selected by convenience sampling and investigated by the self-designed Meizhouhealth servicequestionaires. RESULTS The comprehensive evaluation mean score of residents' satisfaction of primary medical services was (71.46±16.23) points. Different age group, physical condition, primary care policies familiar degree, degree of cognitive understanding of the New Rural Cooperative Medical Systemsignificant influenced the residents grassroots health service satisfaction (P<0.05), which had statistic significance. CONCLUSION The comprehensive evaluation of Meizhou residents on resident primary health service satisfaction was at moderate level, which had deeper understanding of the main factors affecting the satisfaction of grassroots medical and health services.Feasible suggestions were put forward to improve the quality of grassroots medical and health services.
