Investigation on Cognition of Doctors and Patients in Different Medical Institutions within the Medical Partnership

Abstract：OBJECTIVE To study the establishment situationof medical associations and summarize the relevant issues, in order to provide opinions and references for the construction of medical associations. METHODS It took the doctors and patients of tertiary hospitals and community health service institutions in a medical association of Beijing as the research object, used questionnaire survey to investigate the difference cognition between the two sides in the medical association and construction status of medical association, as well as the influencing factors affecting the cognitive differences in medical associations. A total of 412 questionnaires were issued, 351 returned responsive questionnaires.Statistical methodswere usedto conduct statistical analysis. RESULTS There were significant differences in cognition of medical associations between hospital doctors and community doctors (P<0.05).The knowledge degree of medical associations and titles were the factors that affect the recognition of medical associations. Hospital patients and community patients had low awareness of the medical associations. Education and medical burden were the factors that affect the recognition of medical associations. CONCLUTION The construction of medical association focused on improving the management system, speeding up the adjustment of information andmedical insurance, improving the level of community medical institution service and increasing the propaganda of medical associations.
