Abstract：This article discusses some key problems on management of the Maternal and Child Health Poverty Alleviation Fund (MCHPAF) program in rural areas,in terms of what MCHPAF project pilot courties carried out,and expounds the experiences and considerations in the process of carrying out the project management to provide rural areas with refference of performing the similar projects.
