Cytochrome P4502E1 ani the Cenetic Susceptibility to Gastric Cancer
Abstract：To study the relatioship between the CYP2E1 gene and the susceptibility to gastric cancer, a case-control molecular epidemiological study(case= 142,control = 167) was used to compare the frequency of CYP2E1 genotype between gastric cancers and cotrols with a PCRRFLP method. Result showed that there was no significantdifference in frequencies of genotypes or alleles between gastric cancers and controls;the CYP2E1 Rsa Ⅰ polymorphism in Chinese population was similar to that in Japanese population, and was different from that in European and American population.
