Medical Care Quality and Demands of Training On-post by Doctors in Outpatients
Abstract：The authors surveyed medical care quality and demands of training on-post by doctors in outpatients of the community health centers and secondary level hospitals in Shanghai urban areas. The factors that influenced the demands of training on-post by doctors in outpatients were alao analyzel. The results were: (1)the medical care quality was accepted by patients, but the doctors tended to evaluate themselves higher; (2)comprehensive measures should be taken to make all doctors have demands of training on-post; (3)continuing medical education should be more valuable.
