Abstract：Analysis the relatioship between immunization and six infectious diseases (Diphtheria.Poliomyelitis.Meaales. Pertussis. Japanese B encephalitis.Cerebrospinal menjngitis)from 1953 to 1998 year in Longyou County,zhejiang Province.After immunization the incidence rates of 60s,70s,80s and 90s decreased to 26.78% 、16.19% 、91.88% and 83.94% ,respectively.Its health protective rate is 97.21% .The total eno comic effect is 38 295 950 Chinese dollars.The pure total enocomic effect in twenty years(from 1978 to 1998)is 35 818 400 chinese dollars,and the pure enocomic effect per year is 1790900 chinese dollars.The ratio of principal effect is 1:15.46.The indirect enoeomic effect of plan-immunizafion is very enomous,so is its social effeet.
