Abstract：Objective: Probe the civil sexual quality education model system and control AIDS effectively. Method: Look through the relevant materials from the public magazines and popular traits in haiyan county from 1990- 1999 to make social epidemiology analysis. Results: The fast spreading of AIDS is connected with the poor sexual quality (the sex instinct,the sexual psychology and dehaviour quality, the social quality of sex). Conclusiou Carrying out the civil sexual quality education model system is useful means to improve sexual civilization and prevent AIDS from spreading.
