Women's Perception of Quality of Health Services and Its Influence on Their Continuity of Health Care Utiliza tion for RTIs in Rural Yunnan
Abstract:This research explores women's perception of quality of health services received for their reproductive tract in fections' (RTIs) symptoms in Tonghai County, Yunnan. The results showed that the health seeking among women with RTIs symptoms was 56.5 %. And 51.8 % of them sought health care only once. The Logistic regression analysis found that the mechanisms to encourage continuity of care, doctor's respectful and responsive behavior, doctor-patient information exchange had influence women's continuity of health care directly. Authors have explained the results and given some suggestions.
