Analysis of the Drug Using Situation in the Village Health Posts in Rmal Area
Abstract：According to The Guizhou Provincial Health Bureau of World Bank Loan Health Project Ⅳ ,A survey of outpatent's drug using on the village health posts for 1 year made in two experimental Counties, Qingzhen and Fuquan. The results of the survey have slowed that the proportion of using Antibiotc in 74 400 outpatients' prescripions is 53.80% ;the proportion of using two or over two Kinds of antibiotic at the same time is 12.47%. The proportion of using hormone is 14.17%, and using two or over two kinds of hormone at the same time is 0.55 %. The results of 1 003 outpatients' prescriptions vhich are randomly sampled,showed that there are 124 total drug using in prescriptions and the drugs of aily using in first five of all are Penicillin, Amidopyrin, Gentamycin, Micronomicin and Isatistinctorial. These remind us to improve the skill of the medical treatment for all village-doctors. And it needs the prescribing behavior of drug using.
