The Epidemiology Survey and Prevention About Asthma in 40 000 Populations in Pudong Jinqiao Region of Shanghai
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the prevalence of asthma, lung function and some phenotype of the asthmatics in Pudong Jinqiao region of Shanghai and provide the basis of drawing up a work plan for asthma management, prevention and patient education Method: To survey the family one by one,the selected asthmatics were diagnosed by a physician from hospital of grade Ⅰ , Ⅱ andⅢ respectively.The lung function and phenotype of the asthmatics were measured. Result:The prevealence of asthma in Jinqiao region was 0.43% ,56.44% of the asthmatics had a history of family,and 52.15% of them accompanied with other allergic diseases. The positive rate of airway hyperresponsive was 69.8%. The positive rats of skin test to the powder mite, cockroach, house dust mite and silkworm were 73.1% 、63.0% 、49.0% and 23.1% respectively It was 24.1% asthmatics that blood eosinophil count was more than 350× 106/l,and it was 46.6% asthmatics that IgE was mere than 150Iu/ml. Prevention:To establish asthma management net according to asthmatics variety cause to happen. It is necessary to strengthen health education, environment intervene, behaviour intervene and medicament provide. To strengthen to survey the family one by one. Conclusion: It is necessary to strengthen health education. Asthma management and prevention for asthmatics may reduce the cost of therapy and improve clinical symptoms.
